Ideal forDevelopers and creators who want a beautiful, fast notes app that exports to Markdown
Use caseMeeting notes, specs, personal documentation, article drafts
StrengthImpeccable native macOS/iOS interface, clean Markdown export, shareable documents

Notion
Better at:Database, team collaboration, plenty of templates, integrations
Worse at:Slow on the web, no real native macOS app, cluttered interface
Notion for teams and databases. Craft for personal note-taking and specs.
Obsidian
Better at:Local storage (Markdown files), knowledge graph, endless plugins
Worse at:Less beautiful interface, paid sync, learning curve
Obsidian if you want local-first and a serious PKM. Craft if you want something beautiful and fast.
